Los pagos internacionales se realizarán por Paypal y los nacionales (Argentina) se realizarán por MercadoPago o transferencia bancaria

Para cualquier medio de pago, el cliente deberá asumir los cargos adicionales que dicho servicio proporciona individualmente.

Una vez realizado el boceto y abonado el mismo, no se aceptarán reembolsos.

Se debe abonar una seña (no reembolsable) para poder comenzar el proyecto.

Una vez que el boceto esté aprobado por el cliente y no se requieran más cambios se deberá abonar el monto restante del proyecto.

En caso de que el cliente requiera confidencialidad durante el proceso se deberá abonar un adicional de 10% del total del costo.

Una vez abonado, el tiempo estimado de finalización del Modelo es de 3 a 4 semanas, en caso de que hubiera alguna variación en el mismo, se avisará al cliente.

For any means of payment, the client must assume the additional charges that said service provides individually.

Once the sketch has been made and paid for, no refunds will be accepted.

A deposit (non-refundable) must be paid in order to start the project.

Once the sketch is approved by the client and no further changes are required, the remaining amount of the project must be paid.

In case the client requires confidentiality during the process (NDA), an additional 10% of the total cost must be paid.

Once everything is fully paid, the estimated completion time of the model is 3 to 4 weeks. In the case a time variation is needed, the client will be notified.

Una vez confirmada y abonada la seña para la realización del modelo, se enviará el boceto a color.

Se admitirán solamente 3 cambios en el boceto sin costo alguno. Luego de esa cifra, se cobrará un adicional.

Nos reservamos el derecho de utilizar tanto el proceso de trabajo, como el resultado final en nuestras redes sociales a modo de promoción propia.

Once the down payment for the model has been confirmed and paid, the color sketch will be sent.

Only 3 changes to the sketch will be accepted at no cost. After that, an additional fee will be charged per change requested.

We reserve the right to use both the work process and the final result on our social networks for promoting our work.

La información personal del cliente será manejada con suma confidencialidad y a su vez se le pide el mismo trato del cliente hacia las artistas.

Es un requisito fundamental e indiscutible que el cliente proporcione los créditos correspondientes dependiendo de la red social que se esté utilizando. De no ser cumplido dicho requisito, se procederá a informar al público de tal acción y no se tomarán más pedidos de ese cliente.

No se permite el uso comercial del modelo más allá del uso en streaming. (Ejemplo, realizar merchandising con el modelo de Vtube entregado como stickers, posters, etc)

El modelo final se entregará en formato .moc3 únicamente (Archivo listo para utilizarse en Live2d o aplicaciones afines). No se enviarán ningún tipo de archivo editable como PSD ni .cmo3.

The client’s personal information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and the same treatment of the client towards the artists is requested.

It is a fundamental and indisputable requirement that the client provides the corresponding credits depending on the social network that is being used. If this requirement is not met, the public will be informed of such action and no more work will be accepted from that client.

Commercial use of the model beyond streaming use is not permitted. (For example, merchandising with the Vtube model pictures as stickers, posters, etc.)

The final model will be delivered in .moc3 format only (File ready to be used in Live2d or similar apps). No form of editable file such as PSD or .cmo3 will be sent.
